We have experienced problems viewing this site using the Firefox browser, especially on a Macintosh computer. Some of these problems include:
- Large empty boxes with small text in the upper left corner. These are usually place-holders for images that did not load properly.
- The background of the page is white and the right column is missing.
- The header image is replaced by a dark blue rectangle.
These problems are easily solved by reloading the page. Simply click the reload button at the top of your browser window. You may have to reload the page two or three times to get the page to load correctly. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We've also experienced occasional errors after clicking the Send button on the Reservation Request and the Information Request forms. If you get an on-screen confirmation message after submitting these forms, you don't need to resubmit them a second time. If you don't receive a confirmation message, please resubmit the form or call our office toll-free at 866-693-8496.
If you see a message in a red box at the top of your screen saying, "Download location for METAR data is not accessible," you can ignore it. The message refers to the "Current Weather" information in the right sidebar. If no weather data is available, sometimes this message will appear.
