Availability, Rates and Discounts - All Villas

Notes on dates and rates:

All Rates are in US Dollars.
Please Add 8% Room tax.

Add 10% to the daily rate for each night less than seven nights
when seven or more nights are available;
i.e. for 6 nights add 10%, 5 nights add 20%

Discount rate is applied to the daily 2 person rate and rounded up to the nearest $1.
Rates are calculated at $25 per person per night for more than 2 persons.

Note that dates are written as arrival and/or departure dates: i.e. April 17-27 means arrive April 17 and depart April 27, 10 nights.

We can refer you to other comparable properties if your dates are not available
at the villa of your choice.
